So often in life we get distracted
by promises of making lots of
money fast. Does this work?
Never! How many past lottery
winners are still wealthy? I asked myself the question why
this seems to become a norm in
society. And the simple answer is
because we are a people
suffering. A people looking for
solutions! When you read newspapers,
blogs, and magazines or watch
TV shows like BBC, it becomes
clear that the vast majority of
people on earth today have
some issue to deal with. And for the most part money seems to
be answer. If we have money we can live
healthier - we will be able to
afford the best foods, medical
care and fitness routines
available. We can live happier
because we will be able to spend our time doing the activities we
most enjoy. And so on... But somehow in all this whirlwind
of solution seeking, the basics of
living are still based on 'who we
are' and not 'what we have'. And
it is this concept that seemed to
be lost - and everybody search for the 'magic wand' that will
produce money and enough of it,
fast. Here is a simple truth that will
assist in the quest of obtaining
enough money to live the life we
all wish to have. Money is a reward not a
motivator, not a carrot to jump
starts us into action. Unfortunately we jump into
Network Marketing Opportunities
(and other opportunities) hoping
that the money will somehow
show up in truck loads, quickly.
And when it doesn't we jump out and scream loudly 'scam' BUT Anything we do in life needs
commitment in order to be
successful and ultimately be
rewarded - with money if you
wish! But it all starts with mastering
the small things, the small tasks,
the small commitments first and
naturally the rewards will be
small in the beginning. But as we
grow and get better (more skilled) everything increases in
proportion; the tasks becomes
bigger, so the commitments and
ultimately so the rewards. What
is most important however, is to
understand that it will only be a very strong self motivation, a
very strong inner belief that will
drive us to take the action, to
keep at it, to see it through to
the bitter end until we receive
the reward, until we achieve the 'goal' So if money is not a motivator
then what is? I say belief! It is for this very reason that
people will do the 9-5 job
because of their belief, their
conviction that this is the only
way to make a living. I have met
very few people in my life living this lifestyle that loudly declare
how much they love every
minute of it. I know, I have done
it for 27 years! Unfortunately anything outside
of the norm, out of what we are
used to, is met with caution and
skepticism. Why? Because of our
own belief systems. We were
raised and taught that finding a job is safe and the only way.
Until somebody convince us that
this opportunity is the solution,
the quickest way to a lot of
money.
But the belief system never changed, and the tasks and
activities are viewed as a
surprise and action will not be
taken. That is why it so important that
when we present our Network
Marketing Businesses that we
keep in mind, that we are
helping others. Helping them to
find their own 'belief system' again. First show them the training
available; show them structure,
the system; show the method of
work; show them the products.
Assist them to create a belief
system within themselves that they can do this, and they will
enjoy doing it. Then show them
the income potential. Remember every person looking
at your opportunity is looking
for his/her own personal solution.
Money might seem attractive at
the time but if it does not arrive
within their time frame they will leave. Then you and they get
hurt. They because they did not
find the solution they were
looking for. And you because you
do not enjoy the growth in your
business that you need that will ultimately provide you with the
solution, you are working
towards. When you grow our business,
work with your leads,
understand their needs, help
them to make informed decision,
and offer true solutions. And ultimately when you succeed
in creating a huge belief in your
solution, your opportunity
everybody will benefit hugely. Simply put; money is not a
motivator! Belief is! What moves us into taking
consistent action until we reach
our goals? Could it be money? Share some of Tilly Davies, Business Expert and Coach, views
